CC.fpd - Creating Conditions for the implementation of people with disabilities
This project funded under the Grundtvig - Learning Partnership Program aims to create conditions to facilitate the involvement of people with disabilities. The project runs from 2008-2009.
The aim of the project is to organise visits in the various project partner countries to learn about best practices in these countries forpeople with disabilities.
Project partners come from the Czech Republic, Wales, Spain, Turkey and Belgium.

This program of the Commission permits organisations and learners (in this case People with Disabilities) to pay for travel to organise visits around Europe to promote adult learning.
