Vilnius, Lithuania (18-20 October)
The Forum in Lithuania took place in Vilnius from the 18th-19th October in close cooperation with Ms. Irena Lincoln from the NZTGA - NEĮGALIŲJŲ ŽMONIŲ TEISIŲ GYNIMO ASOCIACIJA/Lithuanian society for the protection of Human rights for handicapped people. Present were 27 participants from NGO’s and municipality organisations. Speakers came from the Ministry of Social Security, from a Municipality, from a University, from the Leonardo Agency and NGO’s. Mr. Carl Christensen from Denmark was present as example of a possible long term cooperation across borders.

Skopije, Macedonia (16-17 November)
The forum was organized by EASPD in cooperation with the MSSA (Macedonian Scientific Society for Autism), the faculty of Philosophy of the University SS Cyril and Methodius in Skopje and Poraka (an Macedonian NGO service provider for people with disabilities).
