Varna, Bulgaria (1 - 4 September 2009)
This was the 3rd forum organised in Bulgaria. In 2008 a project proposal was approved by the department Flanders International of the Flemish government. The project Snowball started 1st January 2009. In this project the forum became part of the project.

Prague, Czech Republic (14 September 2009)
This was the fourth forum organised in the Czech Republic. The central theme of the meeting was the ‘Employment of persons with disabilities’.

Tallinn, Estonia (18 September 2009)
It was the second Provider Forum in Tallinn. During the meeting following topics were discussed - Quality of social services, Challenges and opportunities to secure the qualities of social services, Project management and development, EU budget lines & Fundraising for service providers.

Tirgu-Mures, Romania (24-25 September 2009)
The aim of the Provider Forum was to foster multi-stakeholder cooperation to assist people who have varying degrees of disability to find and maintain a job.

Ljubljana, Slovenia (08 October 2009)
This was the second Provider Forum organised by the Association of Organizations for Training Persons with Disabilities. The overarching theme was ‘deinstitutionalisation’.

Turin, Italy (16 October 2009)
It was the first Provider Forum organised in Italy. The purpose of the forum was to introduce EASPD to Italian service providers for people with disabilities by explaining the structure and activities of the organisation and putting it into the wider context of governance and networking at European level.

This was the second Provider Forum co-organised with the Social Reform Foundation and the Bratislava Self-Government Region. The main topic of the meeting was De-institutionalisation and Community Living – Outcomes and Costs.
