Provider Fora 2010

Skopje, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (7-8 October 2010)
This was the first provider forum organised in Skopje. The main topic of the conference was how to “building bridges in knowledge and practices to improve social conditions of persons with disabilities” and how to implement the UN Convention in all European countries.

Tirgu-Mures, Romania (25-26 November 2010)

The aim of the Provider Forum was to increase the quality of services provided  for people with disabilities especially under the impact of the economic crisis and the austerity measures in the country

Ljubljana, Slovenia (4-5 November 2010)

This was the third Provider Forum in Slovenia. The subject of the conference was “Inclusive education – One school for all – a reality or a utopia”.

Tallinn, Estonia (11-12 April 2011)

It was the third Provider Forum in Tallinn. During the event, service providers had the chance to meet the Minister of Social Affairs to explore the specific needs of the sector followed by a discussion on the UN Convention and the quality of services.

Bratislava, Slovakia (2 February 2011)

This was the third Provider Forum co-organised with the Social Reform Foundation and the Bratislava Self-Government Region. The subject of the conference was deinstitutionalization!
