RSBC is dedicated to ensuring that no child in the UK will grow up to be poor or lonely just because they are blind. In its latest five year strategy, No Blind Child Can Wait, RSBC dedicated itself to delivering indepth support service; a top quality community-based education programme for young blind people; and engaging with young blind people in the community in which they live, helping them to forge the confidence and friendship they will need to live a life without limits. RSBC recognizes that parents are the real engine drivers that determine the success of their child. We will be there for them and the other members of their family so that together we can ensure that lonliness and poverty is no longer the life legacy for those who lose their sight in youth.
