Following the success of their first photo exhibition, Made in Social Europe, the Social Platform has launched a call to nominate your social projects, to feature in the 2020 Made in Social Europe exhibition which will be held online.
Three years on from the birth of the European Pillar of Social Rights, organisations are still working hard to promote and fulfil the Social Pillar principles. From professional integration programmes, to anti-discrimination campaigns or essential social service provision, many organisations are actively demonstrating first-hand the impact that social projects can have in empowering groups in vulnerable situations as well as communities to feel included and protected.
The Social Platforms’ 2020 Made in Social Europe Exhibition will aim to provide an online and interactive way for the wider society to have a greater awareness of the work that you do, be inspired by your practice and to educate others. Social Platform also want to know how COVID-19 has affected your project and if you have any advice or best practice tips for other projects operating in the same environment.
Social Platform is inviting you to nominate your practice, by completing the following google form. Once you have pressed submit, you will be invited to send two high resolution photos alongside your project or organisation’s logo to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Deadline for submission: October 23rd
The information you provide will be exhibited on Social Platform’s online platform and circulated throughout their networks. Social Platform will also exhibit your project on their website, creating a slideshow of this year’s submissions alongside a 90-second audio clip from you or your participants showcasing the impact of your project.
