DELAROSE final conference: "E-dimension of Staff Development in Disability Services Sector"

The European Association of Service Providers for People with Disabilities (EASPD) and the partners of the DELAROSE Project are pleased to invite you to the European Conference on ICT solutions for human resources development in the disability services sector, including tools allowing care workers manage work-related stress. The conference, entitled "E-dimension of Staff Development in Disability Services Sector" will take place on September 21, 2015, in Brussels, Belgium.

 

The aim of the Conference:

• To encourage the development of social care workers through the use ICT solutions;
• To help them cope with work-related stress;
• To provide opportunities for knowledge sharing and exchange of best practices;
• To improve the quality of life of people with disabilities through professional development of care workers.

  • Develop digital competences of care workers: Carer Plus Project introduces Carer+ web portal www.carerplus.eu, which provides information, resources and social networking facilities to care givers. Ms. Gloria Ortiz, EU project manager, IPERIA L’Institut, France.

What is DELAROSE?

DELAROSE (Delivering E Learning Accreditation to Reduce Occupational Stress in Employment) is a new Transfer of Innovation Project funded by the European Union. It builds upon a previous open source online self-help programme called ROSE (Reducing Occupational Stress in Employment).
