The ALL IN! project (INcredible Practitioners to empower adults with disABILITIES through Education, Employment & Social Entrepreneurship) was kicked-off on 30-31 October in Bucharest, Romania during its first transnational project meeting.
The project aims to equip educators, trainers, HR managers and other experts with proper competences to support high-quality education for adults with disabilities. It will do so by developing practical resources to help these practitioners create innovative adult education settings to support adults with disabilities in progressing towards higher qualifications and entering the labour market. The project will be implemented in 5 European countries: France, Belgium, Spain, Greece and Romania.
The project also aims to improve the cooperation between the education/training field and the labour market by creating better links between adult education providers, enterprises, public authorities and other stakeholders in the field of education
The project is coordinated by Federatia pentru Accesibilizarea Romaniei (FAR) and implemented together the National Confederation of Disabled People (NCDP) (Greece), the Cesur Formación (Spain), the Association of Consultants and Experts in Social Economy (ACE-ES RO) (Romania), Conseil Francais des personnes Handicapees pour les Questions Europeenes (CFHE) and the European Association of Service Providers for Persons with Disabilities (EASPD).
