EASPD hosts the first meeting of the AMiD Project’s Community Advisory Board

Last 11 and 12 April, EASPD hosted the first meeting of the Community Advisory Board of the AMiD project.
The meeting gathered representatives from local authorities from Sweden, Spain and Romania, together with EU umbrella organisations and external experts. Participants discussed about the current situation of migrants and disabilities, shared ideas on how to develop the AMiD Needs Assessment Tool and proposed future steps to further disseminate and scale-up AMiD results.
AMiD (Access to services for Migrants with Disabilities) is a European project coordinated by EASPD that will look at how to promote a better access to social and health care services for refugees with disabilities.
