The seminar will focus on the current stage of development of the Strategy for deinstitutionalisation of social services in Poland, as well as on the context of the demand for specialised social services staff. The speakers will be experts and practitioners actively involved in the process of developing community-based services. We will also present of European achievements in preparing staff for implementation of the deinstitutionalisation process. 

The event will feature English and Polish interpretation.
