D-Lot: Pass it on project

The aim of the Disability Leaders of Tomorrow's "Pass it on" Projects is to provide training and help disability service providers be better organised and have a stronger voice in order to increase the quality of services (more responsive services, individual support) for persons with disabilities in Central and Eastern Europe.
