NATIONAL PROVIDER FORUM ON PSYCHIATRIC CARE
EASPD organised a provider forum in cooperation with several Polish organisations such as the Human Rights Defender (Ombudsman) in Poland, the Polish Institute of Open Dialogue, the Polish Psychiatric Association, the Community Psychiatry Section of Polish Psychiatric Association, the Foundation Leonardo, the association “Kolomotywa” and the University of Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski, among others.
The event was attended by more than 150 participants and was followed online via the webstreaming by 500 persons. The forum aimed at addressing several issues of concern for the Polish sector such as the current status of the National Programme of Mental Healthcare and search for sustainable and beneficial innovative solutions for the development of the respective service provision in Poland in the future.
