During this webinar, we will present and discuss various technology trends empowering the independent life of persons with disabilities. The webinar will look to discuss the main developments of technology that are changing our society and how such innovations are influencing persons with disabilities. The importance of understanding how the interaction of persons with disabilities with technology is developing will also be examined. We will present the technology trends most relevant for support services sector such as: smart indoor environments, smart cities, autonomic mobility, 3D printing, use of AR and VR in education, rehabilitation and employment.
