Newscat project releases competencies report in field of accessible tourism

The Newscat project has developed a competencies report for trainees working in the field of accessible tourism.

The report has been produced using the ‘Service Design Thinking’ methodology for a more customer friendly design of training courses. The document summarise and show the specific situations in the various partners’ countries.
