Persons with disabilities often face barriers that restrict them from participating in society on an equal basis, including the access to, and use of, information and communication technologies (ICTs). These barriers include none or very little attention to incorporating accessibility features for online content including websites, smart devices and appliances, limited adaptability in the functionality of products and services, and weak policy frameworks to support the provision of an accessible digital environment. Hence training on digital accessibility is the focal issue of this technology-centred trend. 

With this backdrop, the ENTELIS+ consortium is organising a digital accessibility networking event and a workshop during EASPD’s 25th Anniversary Conference in Brussels. Please join the events open to all conference participants, to know about digital accessibility for people with disabilities.
