Call for tender! EASPD is looking for a videographer to produce a short documentary film on coproducing inclusive employment opportunities

EASPD and its partners in the Co-Production Taskforce are looking for a videographer, who can produce a short documentary film, that will highlight the importance of using the co-production process when including people with disabilities in the open labour market.

The successful applicant will be required to work along EASPD and its members in Belgium to create a short documentary that will follow a day in the life of a worker with a disability.

The film will be used in a campaign to highlight the importance of inclusive employment for persons with disabilities and should show how using coproduction methods is vital to its success.

The short documentary video should focus on the role of key stakeholders (the worker, employers, support services and families) and their role in supporting the individual, to find long-term paid employment on the open labour market. The documentary should address some of the challenges stakeholders faced during the coproduction process and how these were overcome, before highlighting the benefits of inclusive employment for each stakeholder.
