The B-WISE project is looking for good practices for developing skills, mainly focusing on digital skills in Work Integration Social Enterprises.

A good practice, under the B-WISE project, refers to an approach (integration pathway) for developing skills. This approach needs to have demonstrated to have lead in the development of skills in the WISEs sector. This can be:

  • A training course,
  • A training element (either training content, a training manual, a feature that increases accessibility, such as visual aids or a specific learning approach)
  • An on-the-job training methodology or other methodology
  • A strategy, a work process, or a tool that aims to support people in developing skills or that enables to identify and build on unexploited skills. (This is not an exhaustive list; other approaches may also be considered.)
