Skills and skills gaps in WISEs - the B-WISE project

The B-WISE project is organising a webinar on the 18th May where they will present the skills needed to work in the Work Integration Social Enterprises (WISEs) sector and the current skills gaps affecting WISEs workers.

The B-WISE project is organising a webinar where they will present the skills needed to work in the Work Integration Social Enterprises (WISEs) sector (whether you are a worker with support needs, a supporter or an enabler) and what are the current main skills gaps for WISEs workers. 

The webinar will be divided in two parts:

  1. Presentation of the first findings of the B-WISE project concerning skills needs and skills gaps for WISEs workers. 
  2. Presentation of good practices and the skills developed on the ground.
